As first time buyers, my fiancé and I had a lot of reservations, hesitations, and overall uncertainty about diving into the real estate market. Ray was so patient with us! He helped us understand the whole process from start to finish, and worked with us every step of the way to ensure we were comfortable with the decision we made. He genuinely listened to us and showed us options with our specific criteria's in mind—even when the home we really wanted became the subject of a bidding war, Ray thought outside the box and we were able to get it! There really was no question that went unanswered and no matter that Ray did not fully invest himself in. He is tenacious and works hard for his customers. Ray made the tumultuous experience of home buying a breeze and we cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond for us!
