Working primarily with locally headquartered corporate clients who have multiple office and/or industrial locations, Ray and team assist clients with aligning their real estate to their long term financial, operational and productivity strategies. His services include brokerage for the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial real estate, space need-, location-, site- and financial analysis, and transaction- and portfolio management.
Ray is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas, a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Texas REALTORS, Collin County Association of REALTORS (CCAR) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
Ray has been a Real Estate Advisor | REALTOR since 2015 serving residential real estate buyers, sellers and investors across Dallas-Fort Worth. Prior to his real estate career, Ray worked in sales and technology related individual contributor and leadership roles in startup, F1000, reseller, and technology products & services provider environments, and advisory consulting services environments for world-class organizations including Apple Computer, Inc., Comdisco, inc., Insight, Remedy, Sybase and Data General Corporation.

His career experience in, and knowledge of, both commercial and residential real estate environments allows him to bring a unique skillset to better understand the needs and challenges of his clients, and their opportunities.
