Ray is a veteran of 40 years’ experience and 1000 sales, helping sellers and buyers with all their real estate needs in the South Bay. He has been successful for his clients in good markets - bad markets and everything in between. Ray is not in real estate by accident. His dad, Ray Sr., had his own real estate office in Hawthorne from 1950 to 1975. You might say. he has real estate in his veins. He went to Hawthorne High and then El Camino. Intending to enroll at UCLA, Ray earned a full scholarship to USC and attended there for a BS degree in marketing. Finishing up later with an MBA from Pepperdine.
Ray loves ocean fishing on his boat, Go The Distance, kayaking, walking his dog Scipio in the morning, going to the movies, going to lunch with various people (one year over 100 different people) and spending time with his grandkids, Harper and Hudson. Considered by many a pretty good amateur photographer of sunsets and sunrises. Ray and his son Scott love to discuss current issues. Every couple of years Ray and his lovely wife, Jeanne, like to travel overseas and see other cultures and countries. Ray attends Rolling Hills Covenant Church and supports various charities.
