I’m not exaggerating when I say we have been looking at houses for over two years. Ray Morandi has taken us to house after house until we found the one we could call home... he happily answered all our crazy questions & requests no matter what day or time we called. (He has sold a home for us previously before it even hit the market. Like, what??!) I could never explain how great of a realtor he is... he kept an open line of communication with us every step of the way. Ray introduced us to Allen Smith from Parkside Lending who made the financial process easy & seamless. Allen & his team are phenomenal. Ray also gave us Therese OBrien & Michelle Freeman from OBrien Law Offices to handle the legal aspects of both the sale of a previous home & purchase of our new home. Ray came recommended to us through a few work acquaintances but we could not have had a better agent to help us through the home selling process. He took the time right away to come visit our home, get a feel for the space and was patient with us as we asked a ton of questions since this was our first time being on the selling side of the market. He was always completely professional, easy going and very prompt via phone, text and email. Due to his knowledge regarding the market we received showing requests within an hour of our listing going live and we were lucky to have a contract in just over a month. 24 hour... that right, it took Ray only 24 hours to sell my home in Tinley Park. Not only did Ray sell our home, he helped us find a great team in which to build our new house, Jason from Putman Builders and Tony Reda from First Midwest Bank. I cant say enough about Ray or either of these other gentleman.
Ray is the embodiment of professional. He exudes knowledge and his style is of a consultative nature, not a "pusher". As a sales professional myself,I appreciated Ray's approach and the lengths he went to to fully understand us as his client. He asked the right questions, determined our needs and guided us the entire way. Ray showed us several exisiting homes during our search before deciding on building, and every one we looked at was in the realm of what we were looking for.
Ray suggested a few minor low expense items to help sell our home in Tinley and once we did those, 24 hours later and it was under contract for the amount we were hoping for!!
The home selling/buying process is a stressful and emotional journey, at least for us. I could not have hoped for a better partner to guide us on that journey than Ray Morandi.

Our next project was to find our new home, which we quickly did, but it was outside of our budget.

Ray Mornadi is beyond a phenomenal agent to say the very least. We recently used Ray as the agent for the purchase of out new home and the sale of our previous home. Ray made the entire process seem simple. Ray has an in depth knowledge of real estate processes, and always goes out of his way to make the process as simplistic as possible or his clients. Our sale came with some challenges that could have easily made things difficult for a lesser agent, but Ray handled every step of both our new home purchase and out previous home sale like a true professional. Other than meeting my wife at a party neither of us wanted to attend, finding Ray in a random list of realtors has to be the happiest accident of my life. We were selling our condo and buying a house, and Ray got our condo sold fast and for a good price. When our first choice didn't work out after the inspection, Ray went into overdrive to help us find another house in plenty of time to close on both sales the same day. He gives great advice, but lets you make up your own mind. We will absolutely be calling Ray when we retire to AZ.

Ray is an amazing person to know and work with! He is always about client first! He goes over and above the call of duty and willing to go the extra 100 miles to service you. I sold my house being out of state and Ray was so on top of things for me that I didn't have to worry about all the details. He took care of it all! He also has an AMAZING photographer! The day my house was listed we had 14 showing appointments, the following day 4 offers and the next day we accepted a great offer! My house closed in one month! No better realtor than Ray! So grateful!!!

What can I say about Ray? To begin, he made the home buying experience exciting but remained completely professional. I began the process overwhelmed, under-informed, and quite frankly in a position that was destined to end in failure. Upon partnering with Ray all of that changed. Each and every step of the acquisition process was communicated in full and I quickly became an expert.

Beyond his expertise, Ray has a team of professionals that he is able to set you up with. His team includes a mortgage guy, a home inspector and lawyer. Each crucial to the process and without Ray setting me up with them, I would have been lost.

Ray’s negotiating skills are amazing. I had a price in mind and he got that price accepted. After the home inspection I had 5 major demands - all of which were fixed. Ray even got me a brand new roof for my used home. Incredible.

I would recommend him to everyone and anyone. In fact, I recommend him to you. Go with Ray and you will not be disappointed. Your dream home will become your reality.
