In May 1996, Ray opened Camano Island Realty, Inc. His philosophy is straight forward, his customers are number one. Matching his clients with just the right properties is his goal. His staff of 6 agents grew to 4 offices and over 50 agents. During those years Ray surrounded himself with successful, helpful agents and was able to sell ownership to a group with those same ideals.
