We met Ray on a showing of a house we were interested in and we decided right away to use his services to list our house. He worked tirelessly to help us get our house ready to list and we got more for our house than we had 1st estimated. He also had to get certified by our relocation company and do a lot of extra work. If you are looking for a true professional then I would recommend Ray whether you are listing or buying a home.

I cannot recommend Ray Stallings highly enough! We do not live in the area. For months, he helped us remotely search for a home for my mother-in-law, and his expertise and dedication were unmatched. Several times his thoroughness and ability to identify deficiencies with a property saved us from buying the wrong home. Ray consistently went above and beyond, often working well into the evening to ensure all our needs were met. You could choose another agent, but why take a chance when you can have someone as dedicated and skilled as Ray advocating for you?

Ray sold my house in Ft. Branch, IN in no time flat. He advised me up front on the best way to go about selling my house. His advice saved me time and maximized my profits. Ray always maintains a calm, professional and Christian manner and is a pleasure to do business with. Ray represented the buyer and the seller in this transaction and he did it very impartially. Ray along with his family rolled up their sleeves and helped get the house ready to sell. After the buyer took early possession he went to the house and helped the buyer resolve a plumbing issue on Christmas day. Ray answered his phone or quickly returned my call every time I called, no matter what time it was. Ray admits his job never ends but he does so with a smile as it is obvious he loves being a real estate agent. Ray earned every penny of his fee on this real estate transaction. I'll never sell a home by owner again, I'll always use Ray to sell my house.
