Ray Stoudemire

Ray is proud to be a native South Carolinian. Originally from Chapin, reared on the banks of bear creek, he graduated from Newberry College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has continued his professional education throughout his entire career. Consistently a top producer in the Greater Columbia area, Ray successfully maintains a cutting edge knowledge base of real estate business affairs and related issues.

For his clients to stay ahead in a very competitive market, Ray participates regularly in professional education through certified related business affiliations. He has completed educational requirements for the prestigious GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) distinctions placing him in the top percentile of Real Estate Professionals nationally.

As a licensed real estate agent and broker for over fifty years, Ray is a well respected member in the real estate profession. For ten of those years, his broker's license afforded him the experience of owning and operating his own real estate company, giving him the wisdom he will pass on to his clients!
Additionally, Ray has six years of employment experience in mortgage banking and financing which affords him an expert working knowledge of not only locating the right property, but also helping his clients choose the best financing options available.

Ray and his wife have two grown sons who also reside in the Greater Columbia area. He is an active member of Grace Baptist Church in West Columbia and serves the local community through his membership in the Lexington Chamber of Commerce.

An avid baseball lover, Ray was offered a contract to pitch professionally upon his graduation from high school. Although he chose the world of real estate banking and sales as his lifetime career, he still pitches straight.
