Ray has lived on the Central Coast for over 30 years and have been practicing in Real Estate since 2004, and as a Real Estate Broker since 2006. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers over the past 10 years.
Ray studied at Allan Hancock College and subsequently went to study at California State University Northridge where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Ray’s degree has allowed him to help his clients with a better understanding of Real Estate Finance including Mortgages, Cap Rates, Rates of Returns and True Cost of Ownership. Ray has helped all types of clients from First Time Home Buyers to Sellers, to Investors. His two joys in this profession are helping First Time Home Buyers and First Time Investors. Ray’s goal is to help as many people as he can obtain wealth through Real Estate.
