Raymond found his niche in the real estate market early in life, starting in the competitive Hamptons market. After graduating from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo, he launched a successful career, forming a top-producing team recognized for their persistence, integrity, and professionalism.

In 2021, Raymond made a pivotal move to Florida to join the prop-tech community and helped 3 startups launch in the dynamic Florida market. In December of 2024, he decided to start R3 Residences, P.A to bring a higher quality of service and expertise to the south Florida market.
