I worked with Raymond remotely to sell an apartment of mine in Parkchester. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in place before closing. During some very difficult times in my life, I had to
make a very difficult decision and fast. I contacted Mr. Maldonado and explained I needed to sell my property and fast, otherwise I could face another hardship in my life. After losing my spouse I was broken and felt my world was just crumbling.
Mr. Maldonado jumped into action immediately like a shark. Mr. Maldonado was not only professional, honest and loyal. I would call him in panic mode all hours of the day and not once did he not answer my call or questions.Mr. Maldonado had it all the qualities of what I call a “Rock” he was right on time and was the key to my success.
