The whole house buying process can be stressful and confusing. If I had any questions, and boy did I have a lot of them, Ray was patient and thorough with his answers making sure to explain in a way that I could understand. Ray knew exactly what I was looking for and as quick as houses were getting sold, he let me know the second one became available and had me an appt to see it, taking the time to point out everything that would be in out best interest to know, no matter how minor. His knowledge on every location we looked was on point. One house had to have the water system tied into the township from its current well as all houses on the street had to be and he drove to several locations that day to speak to individual township personnel to find out exactly what was needed and the cost to any potential buyers. When we found the house we wanted he helped make the whole settlement process as stress free as possible keeping us updated and informed every step of the way. They say buying a house can be one of the most stressful things in life, double that during a pandemic,,, Thank you Ray for making ours an actual enjoyable one and helping find the perfect home for us.
