So, where to begin? Lets start by thanking you for being there throughout the process. I have to say we were lucky that you were recommended to us. Since the first day we talked over the phone (July 10th) you showed your professionalism, dedication, and devotion to our cause; “Finding my castle”. You were always available for my phone calls and text messages to which you responded with the most professional manner regardless how insignificant the question might had appeared to me. You took your time to make sure I was always informed and aware of the process and most importantly always understood that this was a new process for me. You helped the process tremendously by recommending and referencing the other members of the team, the lawyer, loan officer, inspectors, insurance brokers etc. Although this was “part of your responsibilities” I always felt comfortable reaching out to discuss some of the obstacles we encountered throughout the process. When we finally found “our castle” your assistance developing a plan for putting together our offer I think it was the key for the seller to accept our offer (1 for 1 - one offer, one acceptance J ). Throughout the painful and stressful process of getting the loan approved, you were there to guide and direct me to the person I needed to talk to. Finally, at closing (September 27th) you were sincerely happy for us and our family, and that I will always appreciate. Furthermore, although it appeared that our journey had reached an end with the closing; you still were there to help on whatever you could to ease the transition for our family moving from Brooklyn to Connecticut (sharing utilities contact info, recommending take out places or even discussing what would be better “the merit” or “i95”). THANK YOU AGAIN!
I wish anyone who is planning to get a place to live or “find your castle” is lucky enough to get a realtor that resembles all your qualities.
