I discussed my selling and buying options with several realtors but none as responsive, professional, knowledgeable and relatable as Kyla. She is extremely good at what she does and cares deeply about the needs and wants of her clients! She is always quick to answer our questions and great at planning ahead- she has realtors in all states she works closely with to make sure you are taken care of no matter where you go!! When I found out that Kyla Jackson is a Realtor, I reached out to her for a few questions. Since the first message until we bought our first home, Kyla has been nothing, but the main factor as to why everything went perfectly smooth. Kyla is both very knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything to my spouse and I on day one and always have her door open if we have any questions. Her communication with us was unbelievable; she went above and beyond to make sure we feel at ease and involved us every single step of the way. And to us, that made a difference.
