This was my first move in 36 years and they were so kind and patient with me and all my sporadic tears. They are extremely professional and definitely know what they are doing. I cannot say enough good things about the Mr. Homes Realty team specifically Aaron Bates and Rebecca Cohen. They were super friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and walked us though every step of the way to sell our house. They made the process so easy especially during a pandemic. They never left us hanging and was there to answer any questions at any time of the day. The pictures and video they took of my house were phenomenal. I highly recommend Mr. Homes Realty! You will not find anyone more reliable and they really stand out against any other realtors I’ve ever worked with in the past. Being a first time homebuyer is a hell of an animal to tackle.

Aaron and Rebecca supported us every step of the way.

We were renters and they knew that we had a deadline to move due to our lease. We quickly had a meeting to explain the process and the steps needed to get to homebuyer. It was so informative and they answered every question we had, even the silly ones.

We began our hunt back in February being parents to a brand new baby it was hard to leave her behind. We went to multiple open houses with our daughter Rebecca was super flexible and we took turns viewing. They have an amazing app provided by Aaron & Rebecca to keep in mind our interests and homes we want to see. Though we were getting outbid left and right Rebecca reassured us that we stood a chance. We were able to see about 8 open houses in one day and place offers on just about every house. We found one and we weren’t completely satisfied with the work it needed. Aaron & Rebecca were able to hold the accepted offer and we went on a hunt to see if we could find something better. Of course we did find something better….we found “the one”. Rebecca already knew it was the one when she saw it hit everything we were looking for. We placed an offer and it was accepted. We were super excited !

The process was so new to us and they were constantly on top of everything. From the contract to inspection to lawyer. We barely had to search for anything as they had highly qualified teammates.

Aaron and Rebecca truly changed our lives forever. Turning us from renters to homeowners.

We are forever grateful for their hard work, those late night texts and the reassuring words
“we got this.”

Aaron and Rebecca helped my wife and I buy our first home. They were incredibly patient, attentive and understanding throughout the whole process, which wasn’t easy during covid given the current market. They answered every question we had and really helped us understand the home buying process from start to finish. We just closed and couldn’t have done it without them. Would highly recommend using them for buyers or sellers. Overall a really positive experience.

They were always so responsive to either late texts or early texts and always kept us up to date on everything going on. I could not ask for a better team to help me find my dream home. They are professional at what they do. They make you feel at ease and they go above and beyond for their clients. They made me feel at ease with the purchasing of my very 1st home laying out step by step in detail the process of getting our home which is wonderful. They never rushed us they always answered any questions we had we didn’t feel like clients but more like friends and that to me was the most wonderful part of the experience. Even though our home buying is done they will be with us forever because they don’t just move on to their next client they check up on how everything is going and keep in touch which is very rare I think in a business like this, they care about their clients and they want to see them succeed and that to me speaks volumes.

Aaron met us at a home he was listing. He fought for us to get the home to raise our young familyS he was extremely responsive and knowledgeable on all aspects of the purchase.in addition, he was able to refer a mortgage broker, a plumber, among a few others items we needed. The entire process was smooth and easy.

Our family couldn’t be more grateful to the dedication and experience we received from both him and Rebecca. I recommend them highly if you’re looking to find the right home. I plan on referring him to some friends and family looking for a home.

🏠 The house hunt began about a year ago ... if you know our family you know... “Ohana means family... no one gets left behind.” From one body of water to another and mom is joining me💙. We aren’t far from My brother and his gf! Our realtor made this happen for us!

Let’s talk about my realtor now! Rebecca Balmer Cohen of Aaron Bates Real Estate and Aaron! You found me my dream home on the water in a town I was eyeing! You’re a rockstar realtor who never once tried to convince me to not live on the water when each house we found didn’t work for us. You just kept on looking! You lived through our group text messages and became family! You made sure we all were informed and never missed a beat getting this house when we at one point weren’t considered! You recommend the best people to work with! Shout out Cliffco! Quarantine didn’t stop you either! From late night work to early morning updates... you never stopped. Aaron and his team (specifically, Rebecca) assisted me and my husband in the purchase of our home in 2020 and he helped my parents purchase their home back in 2014.
