Rebecca "Becky" Beaty came highly recommended to us and we could not have had a more competent, caring, efficient, savvy, organized realtor!!! She held our hands the whole way, was able to have a resource list of "handy persons" whom she could call to do some needed work before our home was listed, used just the right photographer and staged it perfectly! Our home sold in 4 days, at higher than asking price due to her ability to follow through on all we had decided! She gave us wise advice but always left any decisions to us. She worked on our behalf! Working with Rebecca to sell my home was fantastic! She has tons of knowledge on home staging, advertising, and marketing. With her analysis on the current housing market, she was able to price and sell my house quickly. She was available to answer all my questions quickly. Not only was she professional, but she was personable as well, putting my mind at ease during the process. I highly recommend her, she works hard to make sure her clients are taken care of!

Rebecca Beaty came highly recommended by another realtor who was not in a position to work with us on this particular sale. Rebecca was everything she was said to be, thorough, reliable, efficient and honest.
She came up with what she believed to be a fair price to encourage a fast sale on our condo. She helped us with staging our own belongings, hired a masterful photographer and informed us of what was happening every step of the way.
Our listing went live on a Thursday evening, Sunday morning we had a qualified, full price offer.
Communication was key as we were out of area sellers, never once did I have a question that wasn't answered quickly and accurately.
I would not hesitate to refer Rebecca and we'd happily work with her if the need to buy in the Seattle area came up again.

Rebecca is a work horse. She comes fully prepared to get you the best deal based off of what you bring to the table. She will fight for you when things get tough with the seller/buyer. I needed her many times to help me stand up for what I wanted and she delivered. I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a home. She has years of experience and knowledge. There is no one else I would rather have to help purchase my home then Rebecca. Even after the deal was done she has helped me out. Recently I had something come up with the home and she helped me through the event. She has numerous recommendations for a variety of professions that are highly rated and willing to help. 10/10!

8 years ago, we were fortunate enough to meet Becky Beaty when we were looking to buy our first home... she was actually representing the seller for a home we looked at, and something about her made us think we should "keep her around", so we asked her to represent *us*, as buyers. We have higher-than-average standards when it comes to the people we do business with... we expect integrity, diligence, intelligence, and having our best interests in mind. Becky has exceeded every expectation, and we couldn't ask for more. We aren't the easiest people to work with--we both are very particular in what we're looking for, and ask a lot of questions. She helped us whittle down the choices to options that fit our criteria, and then drove all over the county with us, helping us look at the different options, until we finally found that "perfect" place. She never was "too busy" for us, and never gave us anything but a great attitude, and great service. 8 years later, our home has gone up over $140k in value, and Becky still goes out of her way to offer free advice and consulting, to help us make the best decisions on our investment as homeowners. No ulterior motives. Just kindness, and passion for what she does. I have recommended Becky to every friend or loved one who was interested in buying a house, and will continue to do so, for life. We have yet to find a REALTOR we trust more, and, especially in this world where it's hard to find kind, honest people to do business with, Becky is one of a kind!
