We moved here from Pittsburgh and did not know anything about Philly, Rebecca was an excellent tour guide. She helped us understand different neighborhoods and the market data driving each. She did video tours for us while we were out of town. Ultimately, she got us into our dream home, despite a lot of interference from the listing agent. She fought hard to get our offer accepted over 17 others, and now we are happily ensconced there. Now, she's offering advice about strong local contractors. We hope to not have to move again for quite some time but if we do, our first call will be to Rebecca. Highly recommend!

This is my second time working with Rebecca. The first time she sold our house in just 6 days and at asking price, when it had been up twice before with no bites.
Now she is helping me sell my mom's house. Mind you, I am living in the UK, and my mom's house is in PA. She has been absolutely invaluable to me. She has gone into the house, done video chats with me to help sort out belongings, meeting charities to pick up the furniture, all things that she doesn't have to do. She does this because she is an amazing human being. She has been very caring towards my mom and shows empathy to her. It is not easy for someone to have to sell their home.
I'm writing this review in the middle of all of this. We haven't even listed the property yet, and here I am.
Honestly. If you need a realtor, Rebecca is beyond amazing.

Rebecca is a fierce advocate. She met us, undaunted, in rain, sleet, and blizzard. She sent emails and texts at all hours of the day and night; she always made time for us, and is so clearly devoted to customers that I feel sorry for those who don't get to experience that kind of next-level service. On top of this level of service, we toted along our two young daughters to all of the showings, and they just loved Rebecca. She was kind, fun, and always brought a smile to their faces. After all, trusting someone to help you find your HOME really is a family endeavor.
She got us into houses before they were on the market, she went with us to Open Houses, she got us in on the first-day nearly always, she was/is always upbeat and pleasant, and had sage, crafty advice for how to write an offer that would be accepted. We beat out seven other offers thanks to her suggestions. We have used her two other times since. We had a property that was going to attract a lot of lowballers and Rebecca sold it quietly, through her own network. We had a higher-end property that stayed on the market longer than we hoped but Rebecca was always upbeat, advising, encouraging, studying the market to let us know how to respond, and ultimately got us multiple offers when we least expected it. You want a true professional that's smart and dedicated? You couldn't do better than to call Rebecca.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Rebecca Diamond's skill and caring as a real estate agent. I thought about putting my house on the market right before the beginning of the Covid Pandemic. Rebecca advised me to put a hold on showings and the house was off the market until we were ready to show the house. In the time between first deciding to sell and finding the right market opportunity, she thoroughly advised us on staging and prep. Her input was invaluable. We had an open house on Saturday in which 35+ people came. The house went on the market on a Monday and I had a multiple offers and a signed agreement of sale by the following Tuesday. Not only was I pleased with the quick sale, but Rebecca was there with me every step of the way. If I had a problem or question, she did not hesitate to take my call, answer my question or help me however she could. Rebecca is a true professional, in every way. I could not give her a higher recommendation!

Every realtor that I've ever worked with has worked to my satisfaction and generally been very professional (there are a couple of horrific exceptions, realtors with big teams, but I digress). Rebecca goes/went beyond my satisfaction. When the market produced multiple offers, which she deftly and aggressively negotiated, my house was set to sell for $50,000 over asking. Not to take anything away from Rebecca, but that was normal for the market at the time. I was totally satisfied with that. But here's the difference: Rebecca thought she could get more, and so she did. THAT's what makes her superb; she doesn't just accept, even if you're already happy with the results, she doesn't rest, until she has gotten the very best that the market has to offer her clients. She evaluates the situation based on the market and the personalities and then she dodges, weaves, and waves her magic wand or whatever she does and....presto...you're blown away. And, she communicates...always answers questions and returns communication in a timely manner...she even gives a guarantee to that effect, which is unique. I have worked with many realtors in the last 30 years but (knock wood) I never need to find another one.

Over the past 30 years I have worked with a bout a dozen different real estate agents. Few of them work very hard in my opinion. Often they are more committed to their vision of what I want and making money rather than my particular vision and needs. That can be difficult to swallow when you make a living with your hands and every real estate transaction is absolutely crucial for the wellbeing of your family.

Rebecca is a multi-talented, highly competent business professional. She came highly recommended from a friend who has helped a few of our friends find their homes. I expected her to be good because she came so highly recommended but she far surpassed my expectations. She listened carefully and worked diligently to find the perfect match for us! Rebecca has helped me buy and sell homes multiple times. She was just as professional, committed to quality and our happiness, and thorough when I bought my first, tiny starter home with her as she was when she helped us buy the dream home we live in today. She always took the time to explain all of the intricacies of the process in ways we could understand and allowed us to make good decisions. Rebecca is an expert negotiator. The appraisal for the home we wanted to buy came in way under what we had offered. The seller graciously offered to split the difference, but even this would have left us in very uncertain financial circumstances. Over the course of a very long day, Rebecca was able to plead our case, cite current market statistics, and negotiate a deal that saved us a ton of money and made buying the home fit into our budget. I had been trying to sell my Wynnewood home. After a long time on the market without much success, I was looking to turn the home into a rental. In a bid to make one final try, I got in touch with Rebecca. She gave me a concise and honest evaluation of my property. After a price adjustment and re-listing, Rebecca set about getting the word out and getting the property shown. By this stage I was on a two month timeline before needing to go to rental. Through her efforts, a buyer was found and we closed at the right price with 2 days to spare.

Rebecca has a "get it done", no-nonsense attitude and remained personable and professional throughout our interactions. As first time home-buyers, we had so many question. She had all the answers and took the time to make sure we understood all the details. She was so knowledgeable about the market, about how best to strategize with the seller, and she kept me informed about things that I didn't always know I needed to be informed about, which caused my trust in her to grow, exponentially. She takes the time to understand the needs of her clients so you will always feel like "damn, she's totally got my back". My husband and I worked with Rebecca Diamond when we purchased our first home two years ago. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about the process, and Rebecca was hugely helpful in navigating the local market. Unlike many of the realtors we talked to when we first began the process, we never felt like she was pushy or that she only cared about the sale- we truly felt like she was prioritizing US and treating us like human beings, not just clients. She was incredibly patient and responsive, even picking me up from the train station in the middle of the day to take me to see a house (which we ultimately ended up buying). We got into a bit of a bidding war over the house, and she had a couple of very helpful tips to make sure we came out on top! I would absolutely recommend working with her and I know who I'll be reaching out to if we ever decide to sell!

Rebecca sold our house for $50,000 over asking AND saved us $145,000 during inspection and appraisal negotiations. Really, what more needs to be said? She got us ridiculous results, and was constantly professional and communicative. And, she was uncannily punctual, to-the-minute; it's actually kind of odd, but great! She fought like mad for us, way beyond our expectations. Warning: her staging advice was hard to swallow because I like my stuff, BUT... she obviously knew what she was doing!!!

Rebecca was thoroughly professional: knowledgeable about the market, accessible with quick turnaround on my Qs, honest without excessive puffery, transparent about processes and fees and straightforward willing to tell me things I'd rather not hear - that's all I look for in an RE professional.

This was the 5th house I've (bought and) sold over the last 35 years - all my personal residences, each in a different city and state. Rebecca jumped in near the beginning of this pandemic with strategies and resources already in place to sell the house and provided extensive analytical work before I chose an agent. In fact, the depth and thoughtfulness of her analysis was the main reason we went with Rebecca.

When we were under contract, a complicated issue better resolved through direct contact and negotiation with my buyer arose, she was willing to step back and permit me to work it out with the buyer, while remaining available to advise. Not every agent is willing to disintermediate herself.

Only quibble: despite a competitive market, unwilling or unable to reduce her commission. Nonetheless, we went with Rebecca and don't regret it.

Bottom line: Highly recommended.

I can't speak highly enough about Rebecca Diamond. She was our buyer's agent when we purchased our first house in 2006 and was the first call we made when we wanted to sell our home in January 2021. Rebecca was even better the second time around. She gave great advice about pricing, getting a pre sell inspection and getting amazing photos.
