Rebecca Frazier

Rebecca is a Pacific Northwest native from Tacoma, Washington. She joined Compass in April of 2021 (on her 20-year anniversary of being a licensed real estate broker) as a sales Manager and is currently the Broker of Record for Compass WA. Rebecca has served in Broker Management since 2007 and actively sold real estate until she came on as a sales Manager. During her time in sales, she maintained the ability to mentor agents and guide them through day-to-day real estate activities while also being a top producer in her market.

After being licensed for 2 years, Rebecca and her husband learned the intricacies of real estate investing which resulted in multiple residential new construction projects, long term rental properties as well as flips. Some of Rebecca and her husband's most recent projects include a local vacation rental property, international investment property, and multiple new construction multi-family projects. The Frazier's have also introduced many people to the concept of long-term real estate investing as well as the other investment avenues into which they have ventured. "I love seeing people win. Outside of work, you might find Rebecca with her family at a basketball tournament. She and her husband have three amazing children that all play competitive basketball. Her oldest daughter is currently playing at the collegiate level while her younger two play for traveling AAU teams. Aside from that, she loves spending time with family & friends, traveling, cooking, trying a new restaurant, and listening to R&B and Neo Soul!
