Reba expertly handled our out of state home purchase. We never doubted her talents after learning she had also previously found 2 homes for friends living on the Peninsula. They told us that she was the only Realtor they would work with when recommending her to us. Admittedly, we're not an easy couple to find homes for but that didn't slow her down. To top that off she had to deal with the least professional seller's attorney I've ever heard of. We can recommend her without reservation to anybody looking to buy or sell a home in Washington. If we ever move again we'll be looking her up.

My husband and I recently moved to WA from TX, and Reba gave us some amazing advice about finding a rental house where our two large dogs would be welcome. I have worked with Reba for many years now as both a buyer and seller, and she even helped my parents and fiancé sell their homes as well (all well over asking price). My first interaction with Reba was when she worked with me to purchase my first home after I graduated from college. I really appreciated how she listened and truly made me feel like a valued client as we toured homes together. The condo I purchased had multiple offers, some even higher than what I had offered and all cash, but she miraculously was able to get my offer accepted.

Six years later today, Reba just closed on that same condo for nearly DOUBLE what I purchased it for. In fact, the sale price was a significant record-breaking increase from the last unit that sold in my complex, and we had multiple offers well over asking price.

The monetary value I received from the sale of the condo was outstanding, but there are several other things Reba does that truly differentiates herself from other agents, such as covering professional house cleaning, window and gutter cleaning, professional photography, 3D photography tour, staging, a 1-year home warranty, four hours of contractor labor, and a pre-inspection. All of these are incredible, but paying for a pre-inspection (which normally costs anywhere from $450-650) is a huge advantage to have when buyers are viewing the property.

Reba is the rockstar, but she also has a fantastic team that supports her to ensure the home sale or purchase goes smoothly. I worked closely with Rachel who helped me find vendors to prep my condo for the sale and recommended movers. She helped manage the vendors and scheduling, including staging, photography, cleaning, and more. Reba also pulled in Sarah Jean from Paper Pusher Pro to help manage the transaction, so when I finally closed, I knew everything was handled. It was really nice to be hands off, so I could enjoy my vacation knowing that Team Reba had everything taken care of.

My situation was a little different than most because I was selling my house due to a divorce. I hired Reba Haas and team Reba of RE/MAX Metro Realty not only to get the highest possible price but also to ensure that my ex-wife and her agent were doing everything according to the court. Reba found many errors in their paperwork that could have left me liable. She scrubbed everything with a fine tooth comb and we got it done.

I highly recommend Reba and her team from the simplest to the most complicated transactions. She knows the market, the laws and the procedures to protect you and the most important investment of your life.

She has a nice online set up where we could easily shortlist homes and in addition to that, we could let her know if we found something on our own. My wife and I are SO glad we chose Reba and her team when buying our first home. The current home-buying climate had us nervous that it would take ages to find a house, but Reba helped us prepare for all of the hurdles and generate a weekly game plan that gave us a competitive edge. Team Reba is amazing! I first met the team while attending a first time home buyer workshop they hosted. The workshop provided valuable information that really made the process less overwhelming. I even learned about some programs offering down payment assistance for first time buyers! Reba’s team was in constant contact throughout the home buying process and no question was too elementary. What I really value the most is that the relationship did not end after my home purchase. I discovered a problem in the home soon after moving in and Reba stepped in without hesitation to help resolve the matter. It’s been almost 5 years since my home purchase and it’s comforting to know that I can still count on Reba to provide answers to questions and/or recommendations for home repairs. Reba was our buyer’s agent when we bought our primary residence in Redmond. We wouldn’t have ended up with this home if not for Reba. She gave sound advice, was promptly available, answered tons of our questions. I was not comfortable giving up contingencies up front which a lot of other agents were asking us to do and Reba worked right along side us.
