Rebecca Hartzell

Licensed and practicing real estate since 2004, I became a RE/MAX agent in 2009 and joined RE/MAX Victory in 2018. I hold an Accredited Buyer Representative Designation and I am well versed in helping a multitude of clients including those upsizing and downsizing, investors, luxury buyers & sellers and new construction. While a majority of my business is in the suburbs surrounding the Dayton and Northern Cincinnati areas, I also have a passion for urban living and Downtown Dayton redevelopment. In addition to the hundreds of buyers and sellers I have represented in my career, I’ve also bought and sold 9 homes personally, including investment properties.
I am a lifelong resident of the Dayton area. I grew and attended school in Carlisle, spent most of my adult life in Miami Township, and currently reside in the South Park Historic District on the outskirts of Downtown Dayton. I enjoy working on my historic home, yoga, hiking, fine dining, travel, live music and time with friends.
