Rebecca Keener was exactly what we needed in a realtor: She was knowledgeable, flexible, and oh so patient. Her team was always available and eager to help. Not only did she help find the perfect home for us, she held our hands through every step of buying in the crazy 2021 market. Rebecca is a solution- oriented person and we learned so much from her. Rebecca was fantastic. After months of looking for homes we finally found “the one.” She met me in all kinds of locations to look at homes. She gave me her honest opinion about the homes, when asked. Together we figured out what best suited my living needs. She was wonderful to work with. She also sold my dad and ex husband a home... hopefully my mom soon!

Not sure we could have dreamed up a better person than Rebecca for our new home. We can be demanding in both privacy and maintenance as clients for sure, but she NEVER made us feel anything but appreciated and she worked WAY BEYOND anything you would ever expect from a real estate agent. It has ended up being a business relationship that has turned into a personal friendship that we pray lasts a lifetime. I would look NO FURTHER if you want your home buying/selling experience to be handled by someone who won't quit until YOU are happy.

I enjoyed working with Rebecca to found our home in Franklin. I love that she really listens to you about what your likes and dislikes are. She’s very responsive with getting back to you no matter the question. I was selling a home for sale by owner at the time I found her and she stepped in many times to help so it was less stressful for me. I felt she was looking out for us, trustworthy and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Rebecca if your looking for a home!

I could not have been more relieved and happy to have had the opportunity to work with Rebecca! Being a first-time homebuyer, I had no clue what I was getting into and all the rules, guides and deadlines that had to be followed. She was so responsive and patient with my partner and I. We had many questions that we needed answered and she was always there for us whether it was for real estate questions, home advice or reassurance that everything is still going ok and would work out. We preferred calls and texts rather than email and she saw that and always made time to contact us to check up on how we were doing. Rebecca was always on top of her research about the home we were looking at and if she didn't immediately know the answer to a question, she made sure to find it and get back to us. She was open and honest and never paused when we received news that wasn't what we hoped for; she was always ready with several plans to keep us on track and in the end we ended up with a beautiful home that we can't wait to spend many years in. She has a large networking circle and is extremely personable. She found us a great team of lenders, inspectors, and more that fit our personality and needs. Rebecca was so easy to work with, I can't imagine doing this process with anyone else. I recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Rebecca will be there for you the whole way and keep you feeling optimistic and relaxed even after you hold the keys in your hand. I have bought my lovely home and still feel comfortable going to Rebecca when I need assistance, she understands that homebuying can be overwhelming and is there to support you.
