We purchased our house a little over a year ago with Karen Cowie. The process could not have been easier. She was available all the time to discuss houses and showed us houses all over area from st charles to pacific. She always took notes on the good and bad from every house we looked at so she could fine tune our search even more. We've also sold our old home with Karen and that process was extremely easy also. I'd highly recommend Karen and the entire becky O'Neil team to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home here.

It has been a year now since we purchased our home with the help from our realtor Karen Cowie. She is the absolute best!
She was and has still been very helpful with our home buying process. She provided personal help and care that you don’t always see with other realtors. She was there with us through all the ups and downs with the crazy market.

So we did not do any research about Becky O'Neill's team. My wife picked them randomly from dozens of other agents who were contacting her. And now, After buying our first-time house, I just found out that they were five-starts in Zillow! THE LUCKY US!!
Jason, the gentleman who helped us through the entire process, was a true professional. He was always available. (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Weekends!) It took a few months for us to find the right house, but he remained patient and protective till the end. He was calm and positive all the time. He knows the area that helped us a lot to save our time. He was also able to convince the seller to do the closing earlier. So we didn't have to pay an extra month's rent. We became more of a friend rather than agent and client.

And it was not just Jason. The whole team was very supportive from start to end. They are pros and good people too! (This is not very easy to find)

Overall, everything went super smoothly. The daily email with recommended houses base on the school district was pretty awesome. All the paper works were online and efficient.
I will recommend them to my family and friends for sure. And I would give them six stars if I could.

Being a first-time home buyer in a city I had no family in, Becky and her team made the entire process extremely easy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to help you in the process, especially for first-time buyers. I felt I could trust Becky instantly that I even put an offer on my house before my parents had seen it. The closing process was pretty lengthy, but her team made me feel as they had it all handled, which took most of the stress off of me. They consider your needs and will always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. I will definitely be calling Becky whenever I plan to sell my house!

Becky and her team are FANTASTIC. They helped us sell our old home and buy our new one. Becky really knows the St. Louis market-- she did a lot of research on the area where we were selling, and she was always in the know about houses coming available in the area we were looking to buy. Nicole did a great job marketing our house to sell, and Karen and Brian hosted two successful open houses. Denise was super patient with all of my questions about the contract paperwork and inspection process. The entire team is responsive and professional, and we have been recommending them to friends looking to buy and sell. Overall we were very happy!

Becky and her team are amazing! The amount of knowledge that was shared with us is invaluable. She took her time during our showings (which had to be on Sundays due to our work schedules!) to explain what are red flags and what is easily replaced. Once she helped us find our home, her team made the rest of the process seamless. Someone was available day and night with any questions or concerns. The timeline was laid out very clearly. All of this made buying our first home a breeze. We highly recommend Becky and her team!

Becky O’neill and her entire team are the absolute best. We had the experience of first buying with Becky in which we were competing with multiple offers in a tough market to selling our home in a tougher area to sell in. Becky and her team were ALWAYS available and SUPER responsive. We literally looked at the house we bought at 6 pm to find out at 9 pm that there were multiple offers. Becky got us in contact with Family Finance Mortgage and they were able to get us pre-approved by 10 pm and she was able to give us great recommendations on how to make our offer more attractive while still offering under asking. Then, Denise worked very hard to make sure some things on inspection were not a big deal.
When we went to sell, Becky and her team did a great job of marketing our house from flyers, mailers, open houses, and putting our house out there on many internet and social media sites. I want to say that both buying and selling a house is a super stressful time full of emotions. Becky does an amazing job of keeping you POSITIVE and helping you have faith that your house WILL sell. Our house was in a hilly neighborhood which was an immediate turnoff to some people. With this, many times it can take months for some people to sell their house, however she was able to sell our house in a month! There were some things that showed up on our inspection report and she had the right connections to be able to put the buyers at ease and get us to closing while getting us FULL asking price. Becky is not only a great professional realtor, experienced, and a fierce negotiator, but I really feel like I gained a friend in the process. She is very down to earth and really works on her clients behalf even if it may not be in her best interest. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further. We went through several realtors “just looking” and Becky and her team are truly one in a million. :)
