Local Market Knowledge Growing up as the youngest of four children and a father who was in the United States Air Force for twenty-six years, Becky grew up with discipline and structure. Moving to a new location and home every couple of years was the routine. When her father retired, they moved to Keystone Heights Fl., to be closer to family. She got her Florida real estate license in 1998 and within the year received her Florida broker's license. In 2012 as the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors ®, Putnam Council chairperson she was helping coordinate the NEFAR Bass Tournament to benefit Haven Hospice in Palatka. She already had a love of water and combined with fishing her passion grew! Throughout that time, she helped coordinate, promote, and sometimes attend between fifty to sixty bass tournaments a year, sharing pictures and results for everyone to see. In addition, she has always had a passion for animals, especially dogs, fostering for many rescue groups and finding homes for stray & abandoned dogs. In 2014 she came to work at Coldwell Banker Ben Bates, Inc., in Palatka FL. Specializing in waterfront properties, residential homes, and land, is a passion of hers. Being able to share her knowledge of the rivers, tributaries, and canals helps in marketing those properties and homes for her sellers and finding waterfront buyers what they want and need.
