We were renting our home for the first time and Rechelle Dolor guided us throughout the whole process. She provided a market analysis report to give us a better idea of how much we can rent out our home. She gave us a list of vendors (cleaner, handyman, painter) to help us prepare the home and we were able to list it 5 days earlier than planned. She helped us in screening the applicants and we had a signed lease 4 days after listing. We would not have been able to do this very efficiently without Rechelle's help.

We went on the market on a Friday, had two open houses the first weekend, and were under contract by Tuesday. Average days on the market for our area was around 2 months so those numbers speak for themselves. By way of background, We are a first-time home buyers. We had no idea about the process whatsoever when we first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. My wife worked before in the service industry and she is very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big, like purchasing a house); and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met.
