As such, we didn't waste time viewing unsuitable homes. We can't thank Rechelle enough for the level of service that she provided when we were selling our home. We went on the market on a Friday, had two open houses the first weekend, and were under contract by Tuesday. Average days on the market for our area was around 2 months so those numbers speak for themselves. By way of background, We are a first-time home buyers. We had no idea about the process whatsoever when we first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. My wife worked before in the service industry and she is very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big, like purchasing a house); and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met. Rechelle Dolor exceeded in both aspects.
