I just closed on my first home recently and could not say enough great things about Reed Fendler. I got introduced to him on Zillow and feel so lucky to have worked with Reed during this whole process. Reed was absolutely so patient with me and helped navigate the many facets to the home buying experience that no one ever tells you until you go through it. Reed was so prompt and professional and truly had my best interest I mind. I highly recommend working with Reed (especially for first time buyers) no matter the budget you have, Reed will take good care of you and won't quit until you have found the perfect home--even after the closing he is still there for anything you might need. Hands down an incredible and caring human being!

Reed was terrific! I was just dreaming and he made it happen- for a year we thought about buying in Asheville. He kept in touch and kept me in the housing loop- when we wanted to move he found us a mortgage company and helped me see EVERYTHING!

He got me all and any info I needed on everything

I live 12 hrs away- he helped with meeting the inspectors and sellers-

And after the closing with 4 weeks to move in to our little fixer-upper he helped find us everyone we needed!!

After looking for almost 2 years and working with 2 other agents, Reed found my new home. He often steered me toward lower priced properties that met my criteria than the ones I found in my own searches and never showed any impatience at my indecision about whether to build or buy an existing property. He walked me through some tough negotiations and due diligence issues. When I finally found my house, he negotiated a great price and then was able to get me to the right professionals to get the approval and closing within a week and a half of the offer. I found Reed thoroughly enjoyable to work with!
