I can not begin to tell you how pleased we were to work with Reed and the Lee Tessier Team of eXp Realty. They worked with us the whole way and we had a 13 showings and 5 offers in the first weekend. We were under a time constraint to get it sold and they really came through. Final Offer was $8000 over asking price.

We are not ones for superlatives or exaggerations. But the team at Lee Tessier were phenomenal and we won't use any other team for our real estate needs ever again! Within 8 hours of calling their office to find a realtor, they had us standing in our dream home and making an offer which was accepted and just closed on! Reed is very friendly, professional, communicative, timely, extremely detail-oriented, and going above and beyond is just his norm. He made sure we fully understood the process, asked questions of inspectors and sellers we didn't even think to ask, and whenever we had a question--however random--he made sure we had an answer, often before we even parted ways. Our experience selling our home was equally excellent and painless, and Reed ensured everything was in place to maximize the value of our home and make the process as easy as possible, which is important to us since one of us works from home.

In short, Reed and the team at Lee Tessier go way beyond the status quo to provide exemplary service that far exceeds any and all expectations, and as long as they're in business, they'll have our business (and should have yours as well, reader!).

Reed Stupalski sold our home located in Abingdon, Maryland (Harford County) in August 2021. Reed's professionalism, dedication and strong knowledge of the current real estate climate resulted in a quick sale of our home with maximum profit. Reed advertised my home in a fashion that resulted in 28 showings in 3 days. Several offers were made and considered the night of the third showing day. Reed & his office support staff kept me informed during the sale process and made sure things moved along with little stress and inconvenience to me.
