Reena gets the job done. She knows her stuff! She knowledgeable, easy going and honest. She helped us search for a home for a few months, always giving us facts and information on every house we were interested in looking at...even if it was bad news, which I thought was beneficial since this was our first time buying a home. We ended up finding a house that fit our needs perfectly. Reena and her team made the process way more easier than we imagined! There were a few things that needed to be taken care of...and Reena did so without hesitation! Highly recommend.

From start to finish Reena made our first home buying experience a special one, even though, by no fault of her own, there were some bumps along the way. She never hesitated to go to bat for us and we always felt very comfortable during the process. She doesn’t stop at closing either! From house warming gifts, to Halloween baskets, to surprise Christmas trinkets, she’s always thinking of her clients and just proves that she will go above and beyond. Thank you, Reena! What is there to say about how amazing Reena is? Let’s start with the good stuff that everyone cares about- Reena got me 45k over asking within days of putting my house on the market!!! Her attention to detail, preparation and execution of my staging, my open house (the one and only we needed) was so smooth, controlled and hassle free. Now for everything else- working with Reena feels like working with a friend who has your best interests in mind and is available whenever you need her, with no question too silly or simple. In addition to helping me sell my house Reena has been right there at my side helping me through the process of building a new one, with her network of connections being an awesome tool for finding a lot, a builder and financing. If you can’t tell, I really recommend you hire Reena for your real estate needs!!!!

Although I might be a little bias as Reena is my daughter, I believe when you choose her as your realtor it would be one of the smartest decisions you will make. She totally prepares each of her customers for each step through the process and explains everything to make it flow easier. She is definitely the person you want in your corner. I reached out to Reena on Facebook about needing help with the home buying process. Even though we were in different states she replied immediately and got me in contact with a local relator named Jennifer Jones in Mobile AL. The home viewing was set up the next day and within a week we were under contract. We are so very happy with Reena and Jennifer, they were both very enthusiastic and eager to answer all questions clearly for us as first time home buyers. Buying a home is a stressful experience and they both made it easy and enjoyable!

Reena exceeded all of our expectations by quickly selling our house in the midst of a pandemic. Reena was forced to completely reinvent her practice in the process as Covid-19 did not allow her to use traditional marketing techniques. She did not miss a beat. Our house sold in under ten days. I had been looking for my first home for over 2 years before being referred to Reena Gleason. I had a lot of hard to meet requirements in a property and was looking in a competitive area. Right after contacting Reena, I happened to find what I was looking for in a home. We had actually just met at this point but Reena sprung into action very quickly! With prior realtors, we had found a few homes we were interested in but not made it past the offer stage which we felt was due to a lack of guidance when it came to making a strong offer without overpaying. But with Reena we had this guidance and our offer was accepted and for a price that I was very happy with. Moving forward, not long after our inspection, the Covid-19 pandemic was starting and precautions were increasing. Of course, this brought extra challenges to the closing that no one had dealt with before. Reena helped us navigate these challenges while adhering to safety guidelines helping to ease the natural anxieties that we had closing in such unique circumstances. If you are looking for a realtor who you can trust, who will make you a true priority, and can handle literally anything thrown at her, look no further than Reena Gleason!

I would highly recommend Reena as a real-estate agent! She was super helpful and worked really hard trying to find the best house for us.
