Reese provided me with top-notch representation! I was relocating for a job and trying (and failing) to simultaneously find a place to live while going through 9-5 orientation sessions. After running into too many fake listings on Craigslist that wasted a lot of my time, I reached out for help. Reese immediately found genuine listings and generously drove me to visit them. Once I chose the best fit, Reese negotiated with the landlord and dealt with some curve balls that came up. He clearly had my best interests in mind and proposed actions to minimize my risk and financial outlay. He was calm, professional, organized, and very responsive. Even though he has many clients, he was always there for me. He was patient with every question I asked. Thank you, Reese, for making this process so easy and reducing the stress enormously! I would work with Reese again in a heartbeat.

If you have found Reese Shoptaw your search for a top-notch realtor need not go any further, congratulations. My son and I were recently in Washington DC looking for an apartment and were slogging ahead on our own without much success. Luckily, we found an unsolicited testimonial regarding Reese on Facebook. Right off the bat, let me say DO NOT do to Reese what we did to him! We called Reese around 9:00 AM and told him that we were leaving town that night and wanted to see some available apartments for lease that very day. After getting an idea of what we were looking for and in what price range, Reese said he would call us back within two hours. Sure enough, Reese called us back within that time frame and had 9 apartments for us to consider and texted us all the details. We narrowed it down to one and Reese met us there to show the apartment at 12:45 PM. I have over 50 years of sales experience and Reese's professionalism, client service skills and attention to detail blew me away. I am reluctant to post on the internet and spread my name out there but I am so impressed with this young man that I am breaking my own policy. So, save yourself a lot of time, effort, and frustration - contact Reese for any realtor-related services that you may desire. I've been around the block more than a few times and can recognize sincerity, drive, and ability when I encounter it. Reese was incredible! I'm a first time home owner, and he walked me through the entire process. He's very kind, knowledgeable, and always available for communication even at late hours, which I needed because of my job. I'm so blessed to have met him by chance, he was a perfect fit realtor for me. Reese was a great agent! After visiting our first property, I knew he was going to get the job done. Very approachable and kind. Turns out the first property was the one my wife and I wanted. Reese was on the move immediately. Getting in touch with the listing agent and seeing about the details in getting a deal done. Not to mention, my wife and I were traveling across the country with a 3 hour time difference! A week after seeing this properly, Reese was able to get us a contract with all of our details and asks sent to us! He was great in communication in all forms, emails, texts, calls. Very grateful that we got lucky to have him as our realtor! Highly recommend him.
