As a Real Estate Broker Associate for the past 15 years, I have the business knowledge which enables me to represent my real estate clients. I have built my real estate career based on providing excellent customer service. Prior to becoming a Broker Associate with 98 Real Estate Group, I was a successful Realtor in Bainbridge, GA. For 15 years, I was associated with one of the top producing offices in the South West GA Board of Realtors. Throughout those years I was one of the top producers and was an active life member of the Million Dollar Club. Recently I have decided to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Florida coast. I am excited to become a member of the 98 Real Estate Group where we strive to provide the best possible service. I hold several designations that set me apart from other Realtors. The GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute is a Professional and Educational Designation and the CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, is an Education and Experience Designation. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors. As a past member of the Georgia Association of Realtors, I have held several state and local board offices. I have worked hard to continue my real estate education and earn the designations that set me apart from other Realtors. I am originally from Bainbridge, GA, and have spent a lot of time on the Gulf Coast beaches. I have recently had the opportunity to travel and I love to fish. Through these adventures, I discovered my interest in photography. I have traveled to the FL Keys, Canada, Minnesota and Alaska, as well as in my own back yard pursuing my love for photography, but I have found that the most beautiful sunsets are right outside our door here on the beach. In September and October 2009, I exhibited my work in Port St. Joe, at the Gulf County Welcome Center. It was written that "Regina Gossett brings out the beauty of Gulf County's beaches and bay in her art. Gossett captures the best of this area's natural scenery and wildlife in color photographs." In the 9th and 10th Annual Mexico Beach Photography Contest, each of those years two of my photographs were chosen to be used in the calendar.
