Regina Vasquez is an established Realtor® with a passion for serving people in the tri-county area. A real estate professional for over 21 years, Regina first started out as a mortgage banker for Wells Fargo before joining the industry as a realtor in 2011. Since then, she has been offering her clients personalized solutions regardless of their financial situations, establishing effective models to finance their ownership dreams while effectively marketing listings in order to obtain maximum value. Her unmatched knowledge and professionalism enable her to provide the necessary tools to succeed in the most complex transactions as well as the skills to represent clients on diverse property types.
Regina is also well-travelled and widely exposed, a fact that sets her apart from the rest. Growing up in Germany, she went on to live in Italy and Mexico, before relocating to the United States. Conversant with English, German, Spanish and Italian, combined with a Master’s degree in bilingual education from the University of Colorado, she serves a wider client-base and works with a range of international clients. Regina understands the psychology of buyers and sellers. She is able to discern their needs while at the same time allaying all their concerns, and is driven to produce results expeditiously, fostering lasting relationships that extend beyond the closing.
Regina has always been interested in houses, architecture and interior design. She leverages her keen eye for details, sincere enthusiasm, solid communication skills and attentiveness to facilitate honest and open interactions that are based on integrity and trust. A South Florida resident since 2001, her personal insight into some of the area’s best neighborhoods and properties is an added advantage to her clients.
