I worked with Regina as my Sellet agent for approximately 2-1/2 months. This time frame was so short because she placed a sold sign on my house within 6 weeks of listing it. She was absolutely fabulous and ultra professional. She handled every detail from the photographer to helping me build boxes in preparation to close on my property.

Not only did she list the house, she also lined up over 30 showings during COVID. She made sure all Buyer agents had preapproved clients, who adhered to all safety showing rules.

Through rain, sleet and snow!!! No seriously, we were looking at home during the dead of a Chicago winter!

When Regina took me on as a client, I had no idea what I wanted in a home (I had a few situation and restrictions that complicated my home search). I didn't know if I wanted to live in the city or suburbs, a multi-family or single-family, fixer upper or a rehabbed home... Regina helped me to focus in on what was most important, what was realistic and how to navigate the entire process. Oftentimes, I would bring my two children along for a showing, which added yet another degree of difficulty to the buying process. But without fail Regina would grab hold to and one or both of my kids to allow me a chance to really take in what I was seeing. We searched for THREE STRAIGHT MONTHS, but she stuck with me through it all until we found the perfect home in a great area and a great school district!

Regina is the kind of realtor who puts her client's wants and needs above her commission and she fights for you in negotiations like no other realtor would. She has a team of people from her home inspectors, lawyers, and lendors who work on your behalf to make your home buying experience to go as quickly and smoothly as possible. I am do pleased with Ms Wallace! She used every resource available to her to assist me on my quest to lease to an exceptional qualified family. She went over and beyond the call of duty for service. She answered phone for after hours, she encouraged me to be patient and Trust our creator in the process! Regina Wallace was a God send. I had been procrastinating about getting my home search started and finally began to reach out to realtors to get started. The first couple of realtors that I reached out to were very dismissive and unresponsive.
