I highly recommend this agent. My first impression on buying property was conventional. That was until I learned of all the benchmarks needed in place to qualify. Then I met Reginald. He was unimaginably helpful. He answered all of my questions including questions I did not know I had. In addition, he made sure all of my needs were met and negotiated lower price that I thought may have pushed the seller away. He also helped me raise my credit score to help me get that extra cushion in my lending power. Lastly, Reginald broke down what my property could be worth based on property in my area after rehab. All that being said, if you want the white glove treatment….Reginald’s the way! Good luck everyone and God Bless

Reginald answered our late day phone call during the week between Christmas and New Year’s for help with an urgent real estate need. We tried calling four other “professionals” before we found Reginald but all the others couldn’t be reached except by text message.
