Reid Jones

Reid Jones is a Seattle native who has experience in development, syndication, and investment sales. He hangs his real estate license at Westlake Associates where he has access to off market opportunity along with strong Puget Sound brokerage relations. Reid, the principal of Jones Realty, provides attention to detail with elite real estate business plans, operational advisory, and a wealth of resources from within the construction industry. He is constructing a 35-unit apartment building in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood and is currently developing over $50mm worth of real estate.

Reid attended and earned an entrepreneurship and sales degree through the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. He has also completed the A CRE course, a financial modeling accelerator program for all major property types. Outside of real estate, Reid carries over 10 years’ business ownership experience from within the service & tech sectors, having founded and scaled two Seattle startups. He is currently an active member at NAIOP, the Washington Athletic Club, and The Parkinson’s Foundation.
