Reina Carioti is educated in the fields of real estate, interior design and holistic medicine. These studies have provided her with the experience, intellect, and ability to work in a multitude of environments. Her proactive approach with real estate and well-balanced personality working with clients, makes for a rewarding result in every real estate transaction.
A longtime resident of Delray Beach, Reina considers herself to have encyclopedic knowledge of the properties and surrounding areas within and around Boca Raton and Delray Beach. She is licensed in the State of Florida as an Associate Broker with Compass Mizner Residential Group and spends the majority of her time in Palm Beach County. She is detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and always willing to go above and beyond to showcase her seller’s listings or assist her buyers in even the most challenging of markets. She also believes that whether you are a first-time home buyer, downsizing, or a luxury client, every client deserves the highest level of customer service, regardless of where they are in their real estate journey.
Reina holds a B.S. in Public Health Education, Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Associates Degree in Interior Design, and a Real Estate Broker’s License. Before coming to Compass, Reina worked locally with a boutique real estate group. She also had the opportunity to intern and work with a local luxury custom home builder and design firm to further hone her appreciation and understanding of residential properties and building standards and materials. Reina has creative vision in real estate that not all buyers may have at first glance and also has the ability to help sellers create the very best visual presentation of their home when listing their property. Real estate and design run deep in her family line with multiple Real Estate Brokers in the family and an inherited love for aesthetics and design.
Although Reina is not currently practicing in the healthcare field, holistic principles of health, well-being, growth and spirituality are deeply ingrained in who she is and how she approaches any situation, task or person. Reina’s ability to empathize, her innate desire to help, and her ability to connect with people have allowed her to achieve long-lasting relationships in her real estate career. Health and well-being will forever be one of Reina’s passions and the experience in this field laid a fantastic foundation for her success in real estate, especially dealing with the public and clients in highly emotional situations, such as those who are in the process of buying or selling a home. Health and well-being are also huge trends in residential and commercial real estate design that Reina finds personally exciting but also loves to share with her clients.
When not working, you’ll find Reina spoiling her dog Oliver, spending time with her family or planning how to reach her next fitness goal.
