We had the pleasure of working with Rekha when we were looking to upgrade to a bigger home in the Bay Area. We were first impressed with her knowledge of the market and her ability to quickly understand our needs. She showed us a wide variety of homes that met our criteria, and she was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns.

We especially appreciated her patience and persistence. The Bay Area housing market is very competitive, and we had to go through a few rounds of offers before we found the perfect home. Rekha was always there to support us, and she never gave up on us. She would always say, you’ll get the house that you like, don’t worry about the time it takes, keep looking and things will fall in place. She was never pushy or would never suggest anything if we were not 100 percent sure about the house.

We are so thankful to have Rekha as our realtor. She is knowledgeable, thorough and very amicable person to work with. We were looking to upgrade to a bigger home and started working with Rekha in November. She was always prompt and on top of any new listing that hit the market or about to be listed. She was very patient and was never pushy, always hearing our thoughts and gave her valuable instincts. Even though Bay Area market is so competitive and always moving so quickly, we never felt that we were being pushed to choose or put an offer. She always said, "you will get a place that you'll love and you don't have to worry about the time or the effort it takes". And she was right, we finally got our dream home at the price that we were comfortable with, which I think would never have been possible without her. She was always in touch with sellers agent, getting all the information that we needed, she would go over the disclosures first and then walk us through the negatives and the positives, she put us in touch with a banker and made the entire process as seamless as it can get.
We highly recommend Rekha to anyone that is looking to buy in Bay Area and want to work with the best and most amicable realtor that can be.

Rekha helped us step by step in understanding all the details involved in the home buying process. Rekha has been absolutely great to work with!

Being first time buyers we were unsure of the nuances of the process. Rekha was very patient in guiding us while still helping us move quickly enough to complete the home purchase within our time frame.

With low interest rates, Bay Area market has become even more competitive. During this time, we noticed pushy behavior from many realtors. Rekha, on the other hand, was transparent and steered us clear of homes that had been fixed up, but could have created problems in the long term.

She was able to find us our dream home and that too at a very good rate and has always been available to answer questions quickly and work with the sellers agent throughout the closing process. We are so glad we had her guiding us through this whole process!

I’d strongly recommend Rekha to anyone looking to buy a home!

I was looking for my very first house and that too in a very competitive market of south bay. Like any new buyer I was nervous, skeptical and had lots of questions about the process. Rekha was very helpful, informative and patient with me during the entire process. She worked with me Like a friend explaining all the pros and cons of various properties we visited. She never pressurized or pushed me hard to buy a property which I was unsure of. Moreover, she never asked me to put more money just for the sake of closing a deal. In the end, I was able to find a perfect home for myself at a very good price with Rekha’s help that too in Campbell. Additionally in this difficult time of COVID-19 the way she handled every thing sophisticatedly is the cherry on cake. I highly recommend her to buy or sell your home. Rekha is a phenomenal agent. She is proactive and wants to help you land your perfect house. We had been hunting for a house for the past 4 years, and were yet to find something that resonated with us. When Rekha first approached us and asked to be our agent, we were honest and told her we were very picky, even in a crazy market like the Bay Area. Her response was that she never pressured her clients to settle, and that she wasn't in any hurry.
We put in an offer (only our second) on a house in a highly desirable area. Even though there were complications from the sellers, mortgage agents and myriad other sides, Rekha was practical and thoroughly tireless working for us. We got our dream house, and she is still helping us with finding contractors and floor guys, etc. Rekha is very responsive, and seriously, never seems to sleep! The paperwork for our house was all done when she, as well as we, were all out of the country! I can't recommend Rekha highly enough!
