Rena is the best realtor we could have hoped for. As first time home buyers working in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we had a lot of questions and anxieties about what this process would look like. Rena was incredible throughout the process, helping us out while making us feel cared for and understood. She quickly picked up exactly the types of places we were looking to visit and found options that met those needs. I had an excellent experience with Rena. Rena made the entire process as low stress as humanly possible. She was always accessible for questions and did a wonderful job laying out all the options at every step. She checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable with and ready for the next steps. Her advice was always very honest so I felt like approached every decision well informed. Rena's recommendations for attorneys and lenders were great and she worked really well as a team with everyone involved. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the process and the final closing price. She is a great person to have on your side especially if you are a first time buyer!
