Renata E. Stec, Executive Vice President and General Manager, supervises all property managers within the management arm of GNP Realty Partners. She has extensive property management experience, including as General Manager of the Chicago National Association of Realtors' headquarters building.
Renata began her property management career in the 1990s. She worked for a large Chicago-based real estate firm, successfully managing real estate portfolios of apartment communities mixed-use, industrial, and commercial developments. Renata represented private and institutional owners in the retail sector, negotiating leases and vendor contracts and overseeing capital projects and tenant improvement. She has also managed properties through bankruptcy, re-finance, and court-appointed management.
Drawing on her cross-functional leadership skills, Renata excels in directing and managing teams to deliver on established service standards consistent with client expectations. In 2014, the Journal of Property Management, published by the Institute of Real Estate Management, featured Renata and GNP.
Renata holds the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is active with the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association. She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned a Bachelor of Arts in mass media communications. She is an Illinois-licensed real estate managing broker.
