Renata Williamson

Renata began her real estate career in 1994 when such a young newcomer to the industry was virtually unheard of. Leaving after 2 years of corporate accounting, which left her unsatisfied, Renata returned to what she had grown up with all her life as a family business. Her parents, who are Polish immigrants, began buying apartment buildings when Renata was very young. The family worked very hard together and built a fairly large portfolio.

It’s no surprise that the real estate industry feels so natural to Renata who has closed single handedly over 250 million dollars of real estate. Her wide experience ranges from new construction condos to luxury single family homes as well as commercial investment and retail properties. Her attention to detail, business sense and knowledge of negotiation has earned her respect from clients and colleagues.

Renata was born and raised in Chicago. She earned her BA degree in accounting from DePaul University and currently lives with her husband and two children in the Bucktown/Wicker Park area.
