About Renay

Renay Cohen has been a consistent top producer since she began her residential real estate career in 1988. She fully believes that she did not choose real estate, real estate chose her. Early in her career, Renay’s first clients were buyers and custom home builders in the high-end Houston market. With her extensive knowledge of surrounding suburban neighborhoods, she quickly became a relocation expert.

Having relocated overseas and back again for her husband’s job, Renay understands the relocation process firsthand, as well as from an agent’s perspective. She also has an extensive background in property management and understands the residential lease market. Renay has been involved in a variety of sales including bungalows, estate homes, townhomes, high-rise condominiums and new-construction custom homes.

Renay’s main focus is her clients and their needs, and because of that she has many repeat clients. She is honest and informative and takes the time to make sure each client understands the transaction process from start to finish. When not working, Renay enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading a good novel.
