Not only are they true professionals and know the Housing Market inside and out but they are also great at communications and setting expectations. It is hard to imagine a property manager better suited for managing my property in the East Bay than Rene Ferland. Rene is pragmatic and cost-conscious when making repairs, including entire rehabs. He is customer-focused yet shrewd when dealing with my tenants. He finds new tenants quickly. His interests are aligned with mine because he owns and manages his own properties in the area. And because he is on the board of my property’s HOA, he has the inside scoop and relationships with key people when needed. As Rene is a realtor, he has also helped me acquire my properties and sell too.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Rene and our experience with him during the sale of our home. My family and I sold our home in Pleasant Hill and he and his team were there for us soup to nuts. Helping arrange everything from preparation, staging, open-house you name it. Which was especially helpful as I was working full-time and my wife was due with our second. We had over a dozen offers in less than 2-weeks. Closing was a breeze. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in California, I could not recommend anyone with more familiarity and professionalism in this industry.

Rene helped us with our home purchase. Rene was very kind and thoughtful, brought an ice with cold water and sodas. Never had a realtor who thought of it all.

His knowledge of the area and home market conditions was amazing. He was able to negotiate a great price.

As a nice gesture Rene would bring us home made fudge for Christmas. We thought it would be a one time thing. 11 yrs later he still comes by during the holidays to drop off the fudge.

RENÉ is truly a professional. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the market and knows all of the ins and outs and guides you against the pitfalls. We were selling our 5400 sq ft home in Alamo and one of my closest friends, a top realtor in Illinois, researched our local realtors and after speaking with RENÉ and asking him many questions called me and said “this is the realtor you have to use”. My wife and I have known Rene for almost 25 years. When we relocated to San Ramon from Ventura County in 1995, Rene helped us with information about area homes, but equally as important, he helped us understand the local economy, neighborhoods, schools and other critical elements associated with relocating. He was and has always been a pleasure to work with, and his assistance then was critical - and greatly appreciated - in making our transition here absolutely seamless.

The home we purchased in San Ramon in 1995 and are still in today was new when we bought it, and Rene helped us with all necessary negotiations and paperwork for a successful and on-time closing. Rene did a great job representing me, the buyer, in purchasing an investment property in Bay Point, CA in 2018. He was also the listing agent and represented the seller. Rene was very professional and was able to protect the interest of both sides fairly and equitably. The property inspectors he recommended were excellent and thorough. He followed through with all the repairs and made sure they are done. During signing he was there in escrow just in case I had any questions. I am so happy with his work that I asked him to find me another investment property in 2019.

I meet Rene 22 years ago while my fiancé and I were looking into buying our first house together. He was recommended by a business acquaintance of my fiancé.

Upon meeting him, I was impressed by how eager and knowledgeable he was in the area we wanted to live in. We told him prior to meeting him in person that high on our priority list was San Ramon with its great reputation for public school education for our future children.
