Rene Fonseca

René Fonseca came to Real Estate after a highly successful and decorated military career. He has also owned and operated a thriving chain of franchise restaurants, and has broad experience representing American companies overseas. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Rene was named one of the Top 25 Hispanic Realtors in the United States in 2017 by Latino LeadersMagazine.

René has served on the Virginia Board of Realtors, and the Virginia Board of Real Estate Appraisers, appointed by the Governor.

He also served on the Board of Regents for Radford University.

A dozen years ago - after being involved in Real Estate from a business perspective - he teamed up with his wife, Deborah DeMoss Fonseca, to form The Fonseca Group at Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. | Forbes Global Properties.
