Renea has been one of Bryan County’s leading realtors for over 20 years. She has built a career on repeat and referral business, often selling homes that have never been placed on the market as well as selling the same house several times over.

Renea is consistently among the areas top producing Realtors and have been honored by the Texoma Board of Realtors many times including, Realtor of the Year (1994, 1997) and Real Estate Office of the Year (2002, 2009).

As a life-long resident of Durant, Renea is passionate about giving back to her community and participates in many charities and social organizations including, Toys for Tots, Helping Hands and Durant Chamber of Commerce. She attends Kingston United Methodist Church and continue to be a proud supporter of the Durant Independent School District.

Renea began her real estate career in 1992 with Bryan County Properties. In 2004, she founded American Dream Realty with her husband Terry Brooks.
