Renee was amazing throughout the entire purchase process. She always made herself available even in short notice. She has incredible knowledge of the bay area and knew every school and neighborhood we've considered, and was able to provide information that was critical for our decision making in buying a home. Once we identified a property that we've liked and after considering Renee's useful inputs, she's done an excellent job in valuing the home using comps and named a price that made our bid successful without us overpaying. Her experience shows everywhere and that matters a lot in they bay area's competitive real estate market. I will use Renee's services again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Last year my mother became suddenly ill and passed away. I was unprepared to deal with her passing let alone her estate but had no choice because I was not the only one involved with the process. We solicited Renee’s help for the selling of my mother’s home.
Renee advised us as to work and upgrades needed on the property in order to get top dollar and helped navigate us throughout the entire sale. As it turned out the sale of the house was quit challenging, the buyer’s agent and buyers were all very new and naive to the process of buying a home. Not only did Renee have to do all her work on our end she had to navigate the buyers and their agent all the way through the sale. If it wasn’t for Renee’s experience the deal probably would have never gotten done.
Renee did over and above what she was hired to do while still being very sensitive to my emotional state through the process. Her professional and personal efforts were very much appreciated.

As trustee for my sister's estate, it was my job to distribute her assets to her children. It was decided that we would sell her house and we engaged Renee to conduct the sale.
