Renee is an experienced, personable and professional realtor!

My wife and I have been looking to buy some land and had the opportunity to meet and work with Renee when we ran across one of her listings. I talked to her on the phone and from the very start, we wanted her as our realtor. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, our budget and location needs. At the start we did not know if we were going to build on vacant property or buy a new home. Renee was quick to adapt and provide us with listings based on our... what seemed like random desires.

Renee is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and explained everything clearly. Since this was our first land purchase, we had plenty of questions. Renee is very responsive and quick to return calls, texts, or emails. If she did not know the answer to a question (which was rare), she will find out and get back to you in record time. She scheduled viewings promptly, most of the time even the same day we expressed interest.

During negotiations, Renee worked with the involved parties and advocated for us firmly but fairly. She helped us secure the property we wanted, below the asking price by identifying areas where we could negotiate. She stepped us through the entire process with ease.

After closing, she followed up to ensure everything was going smoothly and even provided us with a gift card to one of our favorite restaurants. Her personal touches made a big difference and showed she genuinely had our best interest at heart.

Since purchasing the property, we are potentially looking at purchasing a home for rental opportunities. Renee is continuing to work with us on that front at our speed.

Renee displayed professionalism and integrity through both buying and selling process. . Kim and I , together, were first time sellers and buyers. My sister will treat you as family just as she did me when I bought my home. We looked at several homes in different towns north of Nashville. I knew what I was looking for, and wasn’t going to settle for just anything. So, she took the time to show me roughly 25-30 homes before I landed on the one I bought.
