I would recommend both Renee and McColly to any first home buyer. The process was amazing and i closed in like 30 days! I spent about a month or 2 looking around and when i found the place i liked we wrote an offer, negotiated some, and put it under contract. Everything was smooth sailing from there which really surprised me. I originally thought buying a home was intimidating and that there was a lot to do and honestly it was super easy and fun (which had a lot to do with my agent). I felt like i was the only and most important customer and i know that i wasn't the only client of Renee's. I was truly impressed.

We were referred to Renee from multiple friends and family members when my wife and I were looking to move back to Northwest Indiana from Chicago. To say she exceeded our expectations is an understatement! Renee made the entire process effortless for us in a very fast paced and turbulent housing market. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any and all of our questions. Being a finance professional, I was very focused on comparables as well as monitoring the changing market landscape given the wild swings in interest rates throughout 2021 and 2022.
