Our process lasted two years as we saw homes that did not work for us, endured bidding wars with low inventory, being outbid ourselves and ultimately led us to a private listing. Renee and Carrie are the absolute dream team! We are moving from the city into our first home in the suburbs. As first time home buyers, especially in this market, the process can feel overwhelming. But Renee and Carrie made it all so much easier! They were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They have great knowledge of the western suburbs, are skilled negotiators, and are incredibly responsive. They were everything we could hope for and more as our brokers. The Carrie & Renee Team is simply the best. They’re forthcoming, knowledgeable, insightful, discreet, and hardworking.

January 2023. For the past two years, I worked endless weeks/months on my dad’s home in an attempt to have the property ready to list. I was discouraged and overwhelmed.

Enter The Carrie & Renee Team. They were familiar with the house and saw the progress that I had made. Always upbeat and supportive, they suggested listing it in three weeks. That was the motivation I needed. The property went on the market on January 30th. It sold quickly and closed in two weeks. They expertly handled the sale and negotiations and contacted me daily with updates. Best real estate deal ever!

When it came to selling my mom’s home, Carrie and Renee came recommended to me by a great friend which was a huge blessing as I was from out of town and no longer well acquainted with the Glen Ellyn / Carol Stream area and didn’t know where to start!
They were quick to respond and started with an evaluation of the home: what to fix and touch up and (perhaps more importantly) where not to invest time and money and still attract sellers. They priced it right, gained a lot of attention in a short time and within 2 days of being on the market we were choosing between several offers. Carrie helped me understand the negotiation process and which offer would provide the easiest route to closing. She worked well with our chosen attorney regarding communication and documentation…this made this overwhelming task of selling a home from out of state much easier than I anticipated.
Carrie and Renee were nothing but super responsive, knowledgeable and kind through the whole process: Above and beyond expectation!

I would love to give the Carrie & Renee team more then 5 stars but it is the highest amount I am permitted to give. What a great team to work with. Their knowledge of the community is second to none. Somehow they find a way to find the perfect home for you. You are working with not only a team of professionals but a team that cares for their clients. The information and guidance they provided along the way simply made finding and buying the right home for myself a pleasure. They are the kind of people that you want to refer to others who are interested in getting the right home for themselves. Can't say enough good things about them.
