Renee was highly recommended by our good friends who Renee helped navigate through the first time home buying process. With Renee's help we were able to sell our first home and purchase our dream home all within a month's time. What I like most about Renee is that she is very personable and transparent. Everybody likes Renee and she knows the business - which is helpful in getting things done quickly. She pays attention to what you want / need and is great at pulling it together and making it make sense. I think any agent is capable of having you make list and then attempting to check the boxes, however I really appreciated that Renee asked questions, and talked us through our negotionables and non negotionables. She certainly has my respect due to her knowledge of real estate and the success we had with her as our agent, but we also consider her a friend because of the thoughtfulness and personable way she conducts business.

Let me tell you about this woman Renee King!!! I had been watching her work for years, and I knew she was the agent I wanted to work with. When I finally decided I wanted to purchase a home, she assured me she would do everything she needed to do to get me the home I wanted. I did everything she told me to do and now I'm here!! She's excellent at her craft and she doesn't play any games. I knew I had made the right choice a long time ago, but she definitely put the icing on the cake!! Not only did she find me my DREAM/FOREVER home, she also made sure she went to the property on numerous occasions to take pics and videos just so I could see the progress, because I lived so far away. She's the BEST and I'm soooo grateful and appreciative for everything she has done! She's a super agent/hero with a cape, I would NEVER go to another agent, and I would recommend her to anyone!! I found Renee on Instagram and am so happy that I did. From the very beginning she was kind, super communicative and always followed up. I was looking for somewhere to live in Charlotte and she went above and beyond. Renee provided me with information about the neighborhoods and even advised me to check them out before scheduling a showing so I wouldn’t have to waste time and money seeing a rental in neighborhood I didn’t feel comfortable. Now that I’ve found a place (that I LOVE) and signed a lease she still continues to support me with sending utility information I’ll need to get set up, questions I’ve had along the way, and even guidance on what I’ll need to do to purchase a property in the future. Buying a house is not for the faint of heart!!! You have to start this process with a real estate agent who listens ti what your wants and needs are and only has your best interests at heart.My realtor Renee King (One of the best in the game) is that person!!! When I was frustrated and at times wanted to give up on the process, Renee said "No" we will find your dream home. On 6/9 my realtor reached out and asked me to meet her at a property. It was right across the Charlotte line in Concord. I told her I do not want to live outside of Charlotte. Her exact words were "Crystal just come and meet with me. I promise it will be worth it. I walked in a fell in love with it. I said to her...This is my house!!! Her words "I knew that this was your house the minute I walked in". Renee is professional, determined and all about her clients. She doesn't stop working for you once the deal is done. She's there through the entire process. I have been in my home a month now and she is still calling, checking on me and coming by to help me get settled in. If that is the kind of realtor that you want/need then call Renee King!!!

Renee set the bar on top of the moon!
She is genuinely the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. She is thorough and meticulously explains both the buying and selling process as well as what services you can expect when working with her.
I reached out to her six months before I was ready to relocate and she explained my options. When we were ready to list she helped us get our house show ready and helped us select tge best offer out of several extremely competative offers all over the course of two days.
We had to do a mail away but she made sure to monitor the property, check the mail, and tirelessly worked with the buyers agent to ensure things went smooth.
Trust me when I tell you -you can not find a more knowledgeable and professional realtor!!
I wish she was licensed in CO so we could work directly with her again. I will never go back to lackluster realtors now that I know what to expect.

I'm not even sure where to start..... Renee is hands down the BEST in the business. My wife and I had been trying to purchase a home for years and had spoken with many relators, loan officers abd financial institutions only to be given little to no info. Being a young couple it was very frustrating being told we need to do this or improve this to then do it and never receive any additional communication. We were reluctant to even try again with Renee King but we are so GLAD we did. Renee had a loan officer meet us at her office during our first visit to ease our thoughts and by that weekend we were pre-approved for our first home loan. Renee was a BLESSING not only does she have impeccable communication skills, but she's also very knowledgeable and willing to hold your hand every step of the way.
