Renee is very helpful, honest and a great friend. We used Renee to buy our first house in Cypress 15 years ago. She sold that house for us 8 years later. She is very good at knowing how to set the price for any real estate. That house had a contract in 2 days. We bought our second house in Magnolia with Renee. Helped us through the entire process. We recently sold our house in Magnolia, again using Renee. Her knowledge of what to price real estate allowed us to have a contract in 4 days. We had a successful closing in 30 days. Can't say enough about Renee and the team that she has!

Selling our home and immediately buying a new home would have been impossible without Renee Leslie. Her advice throughout the process of selling was both surprising and essential. She pushed us to make changes we would not have thought of, but she also eased our worries about things she knew we could pass over in favor of more important preparations for sale. Her guidance made what should have been an incredibly stressful process not only painless, but highly successful: we sold very quickly, for a price higher than we expected, even while competing with several similar homes for sale around us.

There were a few stumbling blocks in closing our sold home, and even more in finding a new one. We experienced first hand what dealing with problematic realtors and unrealistic sellers can be like. Yet again, however, Renee fought for us and never allowed us to make a mistake accepting unfair terms. In the end, we got the best house imaginable for an incredible value because Renee was willing to fight for us and and use her expertise in negotiation.

Without Renee, none of this would have been possible, or at least it would have been a lot more difficult and not nearly as enjoyable. With Renee, we got everything we needed and more from this process. There are countless options to choose from but with Renee Leslie and her team, we've found a realtor for life.

We have used Renee twice for home purchases when moving to the Houston area - once in The Heights and once in The Woodlands. I can't recommend she and her team enough.. they are FANTASTIC to work with! Renee took the time to get to know my family, understand our needs and preferences and strikes the perfect balance of providing perspective while not trying to influence your decision. She even worked extended hours to support us viewing homes remotely while we were living in another country, and arranged the closing date to align with our move back to the US. Working with the Renee Leslie Group at Remax Elite Properties was an experience I will not soon forget!
After renting an Air BNB in town to visit my son & his family, we decided to move to the area. I had noticed in the welcome book at the cottage that the owner, Renee, was also a real estate agent so I gave her a call. Little did I know then how much THAT call would change my life!
I gave Renee some criteria of what we were looking for and in less than two weeks she was driving me around Tomball to view my long list of possibilities. The whole group was very friendly & welcoming when I walked into their office and knowing what I was looking for she was very helpful in helping me narrow down my list to find exactly what wanted.
THAT phone call found me a home closer to my granddaughter and a realtor that I have not heard the last from just because our search is over lol. She has become my first friend in our new town and I can't wait to have her over when we get settled.

I am writing this review about Renee because she's not only a wonderful human, but she was a rock star realtor for me at a very vulnerable time, in my life. I was battling a life-threatening illness, newly divorced, We went through so much together selling my home in this CRAZY market. She gave me the confidence and courage to be a proud home seller, coming up with ways to remodel and pay for that at closing with some of my equity just to name one of numerous problems she solved in getting me every dollar of my equity, I desperately needed. She will do the same for you. Her heart and her soul combined with her expertise and fierce negotiating skills makes her a trustworthy partner and realtor when facing the unknown of selling your home. She always had my back and would not allow anyone to try and take advantage of my vulnerable situation. Solving every issue that arouse and coming up with creative ways to remedy problems we had no way of even foreseeing. Even as she was getting ready to walk down the aisle in her wedding, she was addressing a matter that came up needing her skill and attention. She and her team never stopped.

I contacted her after dealing with many quick home buying companies that lied to me mostly and big corporate buyers that were proposing ridiculous prices that would take advantage of my situation, take my house and all of my equity. I felt I had no other choice given all I was facing. I'm so thankful I took a chance and called her to see if she could help me get my equity and home sold.

Renee not only accepted the challenge but got creative at every stage or new problem we encountered given this CRAZY market and HORRIBLE economy, working her tail off. She stayed a constant professional. She cared for me as a person trying to limit my stress while taking on all of it, herself. She didn't have to do all that for me or even take on selling my home under such pressure. But she did and she stayed positive never letting me get too far in the weeds of despair when something happened or fell through. I trusted her judgement and advice. She knows the market, her business and how to get things done even in the toughest of situations and times.

Renee was an absolute God send and I could not have asked for a better realtor to sell my home given my situation and needs. That's a lot to put on a realtor that didn't know me from anyone. She did it all and then some. If you think you don't need a realtor to sell your home or can't have a realtor sell your home, even under difficult circumstances, think again. It's imperative especially in this economy and she is one of the best and toughest realtors I could have ever asked for and recommend. Selling a home is a TON of work and Renee did it all while having my back and staying positive.

Whatever your situation, Renee is committed and will help you come up with a plan that is in YOUR best interest setting you up to successfully sell your home getting every dollar possible in your bank account at closing. In this economy, that's gold. There are ways an experienced realtor like Renee can help so many avoid leaving money behind or handing over your equity to some big home buying corporation or quick home buyer because you think that's your only option. I could not recommend Renee more highly. She honestly saved my situation. Enabling me to move on with my life. I will be forever grateful to her and all she and her team did from the remodel to selling my home. She was priceless.
