Renee started showing us houses a couple years ago when we started planning our retirement.
Renee was fantastic every step of the way! While living out of state she continued to show us listings. She was always proactive and positive. She reviewed our needs and then showed us homes that met our requirements. We moved to FL just before the COVID shutdown. Once we were able to view homes again she brought us to the perfect house. We are so happy in our new home and highly recommend her as your agent!

The Luzzi Team is the best there is! I was managing the estate of my late cousin and needed to sell his condo. The team was so helpful in letting me know what needed to be done to get top dollar. Than we began getting offers the day the condo was listed. Michael went above and beyond in his service to sell the place. Within several days, we had a deal at above asking price, and had the closing the following month. Michael was there every step of the way, making it a painless experience for me. I highly recommend the team to you as I already have to friends and family.

When Sandy and I decided to down size and sell our home in Boca Raton, there was never a doubt who we were going to use. We selected the Luzzi team. I knew Mike for several years. He lives in the same neighbor hood as we did. Mike was nothing less than the ultimate professional. He listened to us and helped us through out the entire process of preparing our house and selling it. Mike helped us find our new residence. He was very patient with us. He showed us areas we wanted to see and also suggested some other areas to look at, including the development we purchased our current home in. No matter how many times we wanted to see a property, Mike was very happy to show it to use. Mike was very knowledgeable of the properties he showed us and it he couldn't answer any of our questions he made a point to find out the information and get right back to us.

In our opinion, Mike is an awesome Realtor. If and when we decide to sell and relocate we will use Mike and the Luzzi team without reservations. We highly recommend Mike and the Luzzi team.

Mike Luzzi is the best! He always has time to speak with you about any house/condo purchase you may have. I can't believe how knowledgeable he is when it comes to understanding the housing market. When you speak to him, you feel like you are speaking to a close friend because he takes your interests and questions personally. If he doesn't have an answer for you immediately, he will get back to you as soon as he can when he has thoroughly researched your query.
