I bought a house in 2017 with Renee as my realtor and she was the most incredible realtor I have ever worked with. She was very accommodating in being able to see all the houses we wanted to see, and answer all the questions we had at every step of the process. She was very very knowledgeable about the areas (Broomfield, Westminster, and Erie) and what to expect as we put in an offer. The first house we made an offer on was the house we bought. She was able to help us beyond that with getting contractors to fix things around the house for reasonable prices too. Renee is the BEST! She let us know about a listing that hadn't gone on the market yet, so when it was listed, we were one of the first people to be able to see it. It was a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Broomfield at an amazing price point that was move-in ready!

Renee helped us win the offer by bringing together a great offer to the sellers that was accepted. There were over a dozen offers, including several all-cash offers, and we were not initially the highest bid. She helped us with the negotiation strategy and allowed us to win the home, but also still buy it at a great price.

After we went under contract, there were several things in the inspection report that were not to our liking, and Renee helped negotiate getting things fixed or a seller's credit. She oversaw the process of getting a brand new roof at the seller's expense and also addressing other items at no cost to us. We couldn't be happier!

If you're looking at home in the Broomfield area, Renee is the #1 market expert. She will help you find and buy a wonderful home!

After finding her in a Facebook group highly recommended, I thank Renee in my head at least twice a day for helping us buy our home in this insane market at the beginning of quarantine last year! My wife and I brought Renee on to be our Real Estate agent in early 2020. Thankfully our house search didn't take long, as we made an offer on the first house we checked out because we liked it so much. Renee did an amazing job of walking us through the process of making an offer and even competing with other offers. She knew all the tips and tricks to sweeten the offer so that the sellers took our offer in spite of a bigger offer being available. She was really great to work with throughout the whole process and is a really great person as well.

I don't really give reviews for much. But I have to take some time to state that Renee is an absolute credit to her profession. I dreaded buying a house and having to deal with the "Realtor Kings" and "Fast sell Freddy" s of the world. Renee is a genuine Realtor who wants you to buy a house that is all about what you want. There was not a large selection of housing in our budget and criteria. She never settled and sometimes would walk us away from a house, flat out telling us it wasn't for us. Checking photos online, she was always 100% correct. Thank you Renee. You found my family their first house. We are so happy here. my experience with Renee and 8z was meant to be . we had been thinking of buying a home for several years and just could not find a realtor that would work with us to find the rite house for our family's needs. until Renee had contacted my business for some repairs to her fire place. in conversation with Renee i had mentioned that we had been looking for a home for some time and just couldn't find the rite combination of realtor and /or the rite house that fit our needs.(not knowing she was a realtor)
