I can't praise Renee enough. I worked with Renee before and both times my experiences were superb. She takes the time to listen to you so she can get a very comprehensive understanding of your needs. Renee is 100% dedicated to making sure she meets your needs and gets the results you want. She works with you every step of the way. Renee has a way to make you feel at ease during the process, which is challenging because we know selling a house is very stressful. I would recommend Renee to anyone! Quite simply, Renee is the best in the field.

Renee is an asset to Century 21 and THANK YOU for having such an Extremely knowledgeable employee, but not only Renee’s knowledge she was very compassionate In selling my dad’s house! My dad is 91 years old and had to Move into an assisted living facility after living in his house since June 1967 . My Brothers and I grew up there so it was very emotional however Renee was terrific with her compassion and knowing how difficult but necessary it was to sell my dad’s house.! I will definitely 100% Refer Renee to my family and friends because she is the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with and she will Always be my realtor for myself & family and friends! Renee was great! This was my first time selling a property and I was unsure of all the steps involved. Thankfully I had Renee to guide me through the process. She is very thorough and attentive. She priced the house perfectly, more than I thought, and I had multiple offers in the first three days. She is very professional and goes the extra mile for her clients. Highly recommend 10/10!

Renee Schoenherr was amazing, friendly and helpful beyond what I would imagine. She helped wherever she could and went over and beyond what was expected...she would meet cleaning ladies there and meet agencies to set up radon testing and help coordinate with the crew that cleaned out the house. We are now over an hour away and Renee made that a non issue by her over the top support! She was in for the long haul even when we had a buyer walk hours before the closing. She was always positive, supportive and encouraging! I have moved from other areas and she was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with!!

Renee helped us sell our home and she was very professional and honest and priced our home perfectly to sell and went over every single detail on the process from the paperwork to inspection to the closing and was always available for any questions. She helped me find some licensed qualified contractors when they found things on the inspection to get the house up to code, this was our first home sale and she is very freindly and made us feel really comfortable and just is a great person and knows real estate, I would highly recommend Renee for all your real estate needs, I would not use anyone else, Thx Renee and Century 21

I gave Renee a 6 block radius in a town that has little to no homes available at any given time that would have met our requirement. Within a week she found the home that we chose and we've been thrilled with it for the year we've been in it. She's experienced in the area and has an extensive network of connections that she leans on to help find you the perfect home. There were a few items that we needed to address and she knew exactly what our best interest was and she took care of them without the need for our feedback. I highly reccomend.
